Content Accuracy and Validity:
A
blog is a blog is a blog... hence, stuff the blog author writes about
today may not be entirely up-to-date tomorrow. The information presented
on the blog is based on that from a number of sources including, but
not limited to: experiences of the blog author, manufacturer's
literature and that of their retail agents (e.g. amazon.com), the
Internet. Where products are described using information from any
source, the blog author cannot guarantee the accuracy of that
information or it's validity from one day to the next. Also,
manufacturers normally reserve the right to vary the specifications,
contents, etc., of their products, which is beyond the control of the
blog author. At the time of publication, reasonable effort is made by
the blog author in ensuring that the information presented on the blog
is correct.
External Links:
The blog
links out to other websites. Some of them may be the creation of the blog
author, some may not. Either way, the blog author cannot guarantee the
contents of those other sites for all kinds of things, including:
accuracy, appropriateness, images, advertising... in fact, pretty much
everything described here as applicable to this blog. So, it's at the
visitor's own risk that external links are followed, as the blog author
may not have entire control over what's on the other end. At the time of
publication, reasonable effort is made by the blog author to ensure the
accuracy of external links. If there's something amiss, please let me
know and I'll take action to rectify the situation.
Photographs, Graphic Images and Videos:
All images, graphics and visuals are by the site author, unless
otherwise credited or provided through links by amazon.com or YouTube. The
blog author would appreciate visitors to the site (human or otherwise)
not copying any images and graphics attributed to the blog author and
then using them on other sites. If you'd like to use one the blog
author's images or graphics from this blog, then please ask and I'll
think about it. If, for any reason, visitors find any of the images or
graphics inaccurate, misleading, innapropriate or otherwise just plain
egregious, please let me know and I'll take action to rectify the
situation.
Files, Programs, and Downloadables:
At
the time of writing, there are none of these offered as part of the
blog. If, for any reason, visiting this blog causes damage to another
blog, website or computer, then it wasn't me.
Libel and Defame:
The
content of this blog is "Top Toys & Gifts for Boys" and all
things associated with the purchase, contents and operation of the toys/gifts for which information is provided, and any associated
accessories. Any opinions are those of the blog author, and are not
intended in any way to malign any religion, ethnic group, club,
organization, company, or individual, or anyone or anything, especially
those with the ability and desire to fight back. If you think there's
something wrong in this regard, please let me know and I'll take action
to rectify the situation.
Responsibility:
The
blog author is responsible for the contents of the blog. The blog
contains product information, and the opinions, advice, tips,
techniques, etc., of the blog author. This is all provided "as is", and
is not to be taken as absolute fact (see above). The blog author is not
to be held responsible for damage or injury (to anyone or anything) as a
result of using the information, opinions, advice, tips, techniques,
etc. The blog author is in no way associated with any of the
manufacturers whose products are described or featured in this blog (in

Commenters and Externally Provided Content:
The
blog author is not responsible, nor will be held liable, for the
contents of comments, images, links, etc., provided to the blog in good
faith (well, at least as far as the blog author is concerned). Every
effort is made by the blog author to moderate comments and content from
external sources. However, if any visitor sees a contribution from
another visitor that fits into the egregious bucket, please let me know
and I'll take action to rectify the situation. The blog author reserves
the right to remove any externally provided content at any time and for
any reason.

The
blog author does not get paid for blogging the content of this blog. However, the blog author does earn a commission from advertising associations (see disclosure at the foot of the blog). The blog author may
link to other sites from which the blog author also makes money.
